Both ends of the range take up to 1000 V DC and track on two MPPT channels. So the choice between a 15K and a 25K is about rated power, string current headroom and battery sizing, not about string flexibility. The 25K does not add trackers, whatever the marketing implies.

Standard connectivity includes WiFi, LAN/Ethernet, RS485, and MODBUS TCP. The bundled ShineWiLAN-X2 datalogger connects to Growatt's cloud monitoring platform. AFCI (Arc Fault Circuit Interruption) is supported for markets that require it.

The WIT 4-25K-XHU is a three-phase-only product. Don't specify it for a single-phase property, it requires a three-phase grid connection. Confirm your grid connection type before procurement.

Weight jumps across the split. The 4-15K units are 38 kg, the 17-25K units are 55 kg. That's the difference between an awkward two-person lift and a job where you plan the mount and the lift properly, and it's the single most common thing installers get caught by on this range.

The -XHU variant is paired with Growatt's AXE HV battery range. If your storage preference is a different battery brand, verify compatibility before purchasing. The -HU variant is the low-voltage battery version of the same chassis, so specify that one if you want a low-voltage pack.
